Hendersonville man sues feds for $300,000

A Hendersonville man has sued the federal government for $300,000, claiming officers illegally ransacked his house in 2009 armed with an arrest warrant for a different man.

Nine officers from several different Middle Tennessee agencies came to Pike’s home in June 2009. They were participating in Operation Falcon, an annual nationwide fugitive apprehension operation led by the U.S. Marshals Service. They had an arrest warrant for a man who previously lived at the residence.
