911 dispatcher involved in crash, faces DUI charge

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -A Metro 911 dispatcher faces DUI charges after crashing into a guard rail early Monday morning in Williamson County near the Davidson County line.

Police said Katherine Warren, 26, was traveling east on Temple Road when she ran the stop sign at the intersection of Old Natchez Trace and struck the guard rail.

A passerby noticed the crash and called police around 4 a.m.

Responding officers found Warren in her car with cuts and bruises.

She was transported to Williamson Medical Center for treatment.
