MT. JULIET, TN (WSMV) -There may be more to the sex scandal that has led to a “housecleaning” at the Mt. Juliet City Hall. We have uncovered new details and allegations involving city workers, accused of sexting with their work phones and emails.

Those city workers have been identified as city police sergeant, James Crosslin; assistant public works director Shannon Joyner and his subordinate Casey Binion; Crosslin’s wife, Charlene Crosslin, and Amanda Graves who both worked for the city’s finance department.

According to the internal investigation, Charlene Crosslin, Amanda Graves and Shannon Joyner are all accused of visiting the website, a website for discreet encounters and extra-marital affairs.

Joyner is also accused of running a side sporting-goods business using his city cell phone and email. Joyner admits in the report the business is similar to a pyramid scheme where he allegedly not only recruited business from other city employees, including his direct subordinate Casey Binion, but also a local business contractor who currently has 12 active building permits that Joyner has influence over.
