Tennessee state trooper, wife, 2 daughters charged in child death

CLEVELAND (AP) – A grand jury in Cleveland indicted a Tennessee state trooper, his wife and two daughters in the accidental shooting death of the officer’s granddaughter.

Three-year-old Kydalynn Robinson apparently shot herself while holding a .45-caliber pistol on May 30. Her two-year-old cousin was also in the trooper’s house at the time of the shooting.

A Bradley County grand jury returned charges of criminally negligent homicide and reckless endangerment Wednesday against Trooper Tommie Graham, 57.

This is an awful tragedy for this family that keeps on stabbing them. How could any grand jury not see that they have already received the hardest punishment in their life in the loss of Kyky. I have known Tom, Debbie, Hayden and Hayley for about 19 years and they are good people that loved that baby girl so much. Haylee was a young mom with no support from the father and Tom and Debbie stepped in and anywhere they could go they would take both grand babies. A family of love, a family of support when one of the fellow troopers my cousins husband, Joe Snipes was taken from us in a motorcycle wreck. Tom was such a loyal friend to Joe before and after joes death. Lets please pray for all of them including Tom and Debbie’s families back in west Tennessee and their lawyer as they get through this so they can continue to properly grieve in peace from this mess. My love goes to them. Angie Myers Taylor
